Candied Pecans Recipe

The following is a simple candied pecans recipe. Total prep time is only a few minutes

You'll need these ingredients:

3 cups pecan halves

2/3 cup brown sugar

6 TBSP margarine or butter

4 TBSP light corn syrup

On a cookie sheet, lay out the pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes. In a saucepan, melt the margarine and add the brown sugar and corn syrup. This mixture will turn very syrupy so continue to stir consistently until boiling. Boil for one or two minutes then take off of heat. Pour mixture over pecan halves and coat generously. Don't burn your mouth, allow them to cool. I hope you enjoy this pecan recipe!
